For me, it's not just a different point of view, It's A different culture, a totally different life with different thoughts, different experiences and different choices. In this story we see the black man doing his job, trying to feed his daughter and make some money doing NOT necessary what he wants, but for sure, what he has to do for survive. On the other hand, we see this "White man" doing what he want and chose to do, that it is teach english in a foreign country, he lives "fine" and enjoy his life in a economical point of view, but what it really matters in this story, is how these different men coexist in the same land, the black man works for the white one even when the white man dont ask him for help, this is just the instinct, the necessity, and the lack of options working out in the black man´s mind, and thats what we, a society who always have options, and goals, and the hope that we can do what we want to, don´t understand, that´s what happened to the white man.
